Our Commitment

We stand behind every jar of honey we produce. Each harvest represents months of careful work by our bees and the dedication of our small team. We handle each order personally and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to fix it.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened jars with seal intact in their original packaging. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened products. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vesperapiary.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Despite our careful packaging, shipping issues can occasionally occur. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or incorrect. We'll review each situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Please note that replacements are subject to current harvest availability.

Quality Concerns

Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time—this is a sign of quality, not spoilage. If you prefer liquid honey, simply place the jar in warm water to return it to its liquid state.

If you have any concerns about your honey's quality, taste, or appearance, please reach out. We're happy to discuss the natural variations in our seasonal harvests and address any questions.

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
  • Gift cards
  • Limited edition or seasonal harvests marked as final sale
  • Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers
